Although E3 is not open to the general public, more than 52,200 video game professionals, analysts, journalists, and enthusiasts, representing 109 countries attended E3 2015.This year, E3 takes place June 14-16, 2016, at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and promises to be even bigger.
E3 is the world’s premier computer, video, and mobile games and related products trade show. At E3, the video game industry’s top talent packs the Los Angeles Convention Center, connecting tens of thousands of the best, brightest, and most innovative video game professionals in the interactive entertainment industry. Then there’s social media.
Over 6.3 million Twitter posts occurred (@E3) alone. Over 7.5 million likes on E3-related Instagram posts in June alone topped all previous records. And more than one million E3-related videos were posted to YouTube.
For three days, leading-edge companies, exciting new technologies and products will be showcased.

PPG quickly responds to E3 clients’ needs.
PPG works with many Fortune 500 tech companies who will train nationwide tech-savvy, well spoken, engaging trade show models with experience with many business and consumer electronics. It takes the right personality trait and skills to have a successful booth, and PPG has assisted exhibitors with this need for 25 years.

Engaging trade show models connect a face with the product and brand. PPG selects the most experienced, tech-savvy, engaging, and well spoken staffers who understand the client’s needs. Trade show staff can assist in setting up the booth and generate their leads. If a booth representative is late or has a conference to attend while onsite, for example, the exhibit staff can take charge as fluidly as if they owned the booth.
Sometimes the exhibitors can’t bring additional employees and they need more hands-on types of talent, or more sales-person types. PPG can make recommendations on who they could book through our agency who could best meet these needs.
PPG agency’s CEO Sondra Irwin has worked with as many as 70 booth personnel and translators from Korea to book their high tech shows in the U.S. (at the CES show, for example) making sure all brand ambassadors, product demonstrators, and costume characters are trained and well prepared wearing the correct requested wardrobe.

Clients often conduct Skype/phone conference interviews with the trade show model, brand ambassador, etc., to see if he or she is the right fit and understands their product and service before hiring them. Often onsite training at the booth is completed in the same remote manner.
PPG is well equipped and experienced to handle international clients understanding their culture, which sets PPG apart from other model and talent agencies. For example, there are some Asian clients who prefer a certain way to show their product and use certain body language as in positioning of their hands and feet while standing next to their products.
What does it cost the client if they don’t use a professional model and talent agency? Not only is there hotel, air fare, and meal expenses, removing employees from their territory when they could be generating sales and income for their company is also costly.
E3 connects provides unprecedented exposure to emerging markets. If exhibiting at E3 is important, why not use the opportunity to increase leads and sales with professionals that know how to do it?
